Shipping policy

 All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Please allow an additional 3 business days from the date the order is placed for all handmade & custom designs to be created then shipped. 

 You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.  If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact your local post office.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
